About

Brand. Build. Sell. The concept is simple, right? To make an effective (and credible) website you need to create your brand, build your site, then sell it. Easy as one, two, three. Or is it?

There are literally thousands of blogs and websites online all talking about the same thing – how to make money online. Some explain the process better than others, but this site isn’t about that. Of course making money is great. Who wouldn’t want a few extra dollars every month to help with bills or to put into a savings account? But if you have come here looking for intense affiliate marketing strategies, insider money making tricks or posts loaded with hidden affiliate links you have come to the wrong place.

Will you ever see a affiliate link on my site? Probably, but only for products I have actually used or tested myself and would provide a value to my readers. I’m not an affiliate marketer. I’m a designer who wants to help you improve your website (and make some money if you’re lucky).

This website is in direct response against over saturated and crappy sites that offer tips, tricks and tutorials based on how many people they can get to sign-up or buy something. In in my experience, the majority of sites I visit are written for aspiring affiliate marketers, or web designer/developers and are EXTREMELY OUTDATED. This blog falls in the middle. So my goal is to continuously provide updated information about the best web practices.

Brand. Build. Sell. gives FREE comprehensive tips, tools and freebies to help improve your online presence, along with detailed instructions on how to get started online. This site is written and managed by me (Arsha Jones) a web designer/developer for over 10 years, however this site is NOT for designers. It’s for the everyday person, with little money and little time to spend making their site fancy. This site will not be filled with a bunch of technical lingo, affiliate marketing sales talk or designer jargon. Just plain English, for people who want a awesome looking site.

So take a look around. There are premium quality freebies and advice, reccomendations, detailed video tutorials and much more. As always, if you have any questions or comments, feel free to send me a message.

More about Arsha (in her own words):

Favorite radio station: None really. I get tired of hearing the same songs repeated daily. I tend to listen to my iPod Touch most often. (One day Verizon will offer the iPhone and all will be happy in the universe.)

Magazines you will find in my home: Highlights (for my kids), Chesapeake Family and a bunch of junk. I read tons online though.

Favorite place to have fun: At home with the family and Los Angeles

Most creative time of the day: Right before a big project is due. I’m such a procrastinator …

Most valuable purchases: My brand new MacBook Pro, iPod Touch and an awesome hosting plan (I am a start-up junkie)

Weaknesses: Electronics and starting new online businesses or websites

Greatest successes: My family and being able to earn a living doing what I love, designing and helping others.

Easiest tasks: Anything computer-related, fixing things and trying anything new (except food, I won’t eat just anything!)

Favorite relaxation techniques: Sleeping, sleeping and more SLEEPING!

Things I love: Beautifully designed websites, spellcheck, cargo pants, pedicures, ice cream, Verizon Fios (with DVR), The First 48, Google Reader (and Google Apps), Photoshop, WordPress, boats, naturopathic health solutions and looking for family activities

Things I am grateful for: Family, friends, my health and my parents for instilling in me that I could do and be anything!
